Director of Culinary
Matt Mize has an amazing culinary journey which began while he was in the U.S. Marine Corps. From there his career showcased his work at the Kennedy Center, the Smithsonian, and a collaborative experience with Spanish-American chef Jose Andres. After these experiences, Matt began extremely interested in the science of cooking and journeyed to Philadelphia and worked as an executive chef, and then launched his own award-winning establishment in Cleveland. His vision and coined term: “fun-dining” experience is an exciting and welcomed addition to our Farm Station team.
Chef and Manager
Mitzy is a familiar face, as she has worked with our sister company A la Carte Catering + Event Design for many years. We are excited she has joined our café family full-time. Her passion for creating beautiful, fresh cuisine for customers is the perfect combination of ingredients for Farm Station. Patrons will find Mitzy offering a smile so bright it shines all the way through to her beautiful blue eyes.
